有效能或称是指能量中的可利用部分,任何一种形式的能量都可以表示为:E(能量)=Ex(有效能)+An(无效能)。稳定物流的物理主要是指由于物流的温度、压力与给定环境下的温度、压力不同而具有的。过程或装置的效率是指的有效利用分数。间接加热脱硅是近年来广泛用于烧结法生产氧化铝的生产过程,其主要用能设备为套管换热器,脱硅自蒸发器和冷凝水自蒸发器。在给定工艺条件下物料平衡和热平衡计算的基础上,对各类用能设备进行了平衡计算,并对各类设备的效率进行了讨论分析。
Exergy means available energy, any form of energy can be expressed as the sum of exergy and anergy E = Ex + An. The physical exergy of a stable flow means the exergy which is caused by the differences of temperature and pressure between environment and the flow itself. Exergy efficiency of a process or an equipment means the fraction of used exergy. Indirect beating desilicon process is widely used for the alumina production now, the main energy consumption devices are tube heat exchangers, slurry flash tanks and condensate flesh tanks. Based on mass and energy balance, exergy efficiency is calculated and discussed.
