摘要
针对BKX-Ⅰ型变轴数控机床的结构特点,应用ANSYS软件建立了该机床用于模态分析的有限元模型,通过分析,给出了机床的前4阶固有频率和相应振型。并用实验模态分析对该有限元模型进行了验证,为进一步进行动力学分析奠定了基础。在此基础上,分析了机床的位置变化对固有频率的影响规律,并指出了影响该机床动态特性的薄弱部位,为机床的结构优化设计提供了理论依据。
Based on the structure of the BKX-Ⅰ Parallel Kinematic Machine(PKM),Finite Element Analysis (FEA) model for modal analysis of theBKX-Ⅰ PKM is presented by using the software ANSYS, and the first 4 extended natural frequencies and mode shapes of the BKX- Ⅰ PKM are abtained. Then, the Experimental Modal Analysis of the BKX-Ⅰ PKM has been completed to demonstrate the correctness of the FEA model. Furthermore, the first natural frequency maps are produced in .some different configurations of the BKX-Ⅰ PKM and the weak parts are indicated.
