摘要
从海南山苦茶叶中分离出10个化合物,根据理化性质的测定和波谱数据的解析,分别鉴定为3羟基4,5(R)二甲基2(5H)呋喃酮(1)、没食子酸(2)、(6S,9R)6羟基3酮α紫罗兰醇9OβD葡萄糖苷(3)、aviculin(4)、(+)lyoniresinol3αOαL rhamnopyranoside(5)、(Z)3己烯醇βD葡萄糖苷(6)、3,4,8,9,10五羟基二苯并[b,d]吡喃6酮(7)、木栓醇(8)、β谷甾醇(9)和木栓酮(10),其中化合物4、5为首次从该属植物中获得。
Ten compounds were isolated from the leaves of Mallotus furetianus and identified as 3-hydroxy-4, 5( R)-dimethyl-2 (5H)-furanome(1), gallic acid(2), (6S,9R)-roseoside(3), avieulin(4), ( + )-lyoniresinol 3α-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (5), ( Z )-3-hexenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), 3,4,8,9,10- pentahydroxy-dibenzo [ b, d ] pyran-6-one(7), friedelinol( 8 ), β-sitosteml(9) and friedelin(10) on the basis of physic-chemical constant and spectral data. The compound 4 and 5 were obtained for the first time from this genus.
