摘要
在对质点流迹分析基础上,提出管材挤出流道的流线型压缩过渡方式,并给出了以三次多项式作为管材挤出流道型腔曲线的数学模型,构建管材挤出模具压缩定型段的过渡流道,并通过聚合物流体分析软件POLYFLOW对比模拟分析了直线型过渡流道和流线型过渡流道的速度、压力、黏度、剪切速率的变化,分析结果显示,流线型流道内的流动稳定性和均匀性明显优于直线型流道。
Based on the principle of extrusion die design, using the cubic polynomial as a mathematical model of skeleton line for channel model curve, the transparent channel of the compressing and the shaping sections in a tube extrusion die was construeted, and the change of the pressure, viscosity, shear rate and the velocity were simulated with the exclusive software of POLYFLOW. The results of the numerical analysis show that the streamline channel model proposed by this methodology excels the linear style model in flow stability and gliding property.
