摘要
分层教学与分“智”施教是根据不同劳动者的素质结构、智力水平及其他可以“创造出有效产品所需要的能力”,对其进行不同行业专有技术的培训,使其成为实用性的专有人才。分层教学与分“智”施教理论,来源于孔子“因材施教”与霍华德.加德纳的多元智能理论。要研究分层教学与分“智”施教的方法与对策,分清利弊,使高职教育更有利于人才的培养。
The content of teaching on different levels and different intelligences is to train the students in different professional technology in order to make them practical talented persons in accordance with the quality structure, intelligence level and other abilities which can create effective products of the labor force. The theory of teaching on different levels and different intelligences derives from the thought of'teaching students according to their aptitude" from Confucius and the MI theory of Howard Gardner. It is necessary to study the methods a^ad countermeasures of teaching on different levels and different intelligences in order to in favor of the cultivation of the talented person.
