摘要
目的对人类生精细胞体外培养分化、成熟进行初步研究.方法将4例患者的睾丸组织制备成生精细胞,观察生精细胞体外培养后生精细胞的分化、成熟情况.结果 4例患者睾丸生精细胞经体外培养后均有不同程度的分化、成熟.初级精母细胞能分化为精子细胞,分化率平均为0.47%~1.50%;Sa期精子细胞能变形、成熟为Sc期精子细胞,成熟率为0.93%~5.72%.结论在该研究条件下,人类睾丸生精细胞体外培养能进一步分化、成熟.
Objective To study the differentiation and maturation of human testical spermatogenic cells cultured in vitro.Methyls The dissociated spermatogenic cells were isolated from 4 patients' testical tissues and were cultured in vitro to observe their differentiation and maturation.Results The spermatogenic cells from 4 patients were able to differentiate and mature further at different degrees.The differentiation rates of spermatogenic cells from primary spermatocyte to spermatid ranged from 0.47% to 1.50%, and the rates of maturation of the spermatids from Sa phase to Sb and Sc phases were ranged from 0.93 % to 5.72 %. Conclusion The spermatogenic cells from human testicular tissue are able to differentiate and mature further when they are cultured in vitro in the study.
