摘要
目的对皱瘤海鞘、冠瘤海鞘和大洋纵列海鞘醇提取物的体外抗乙肝病毒作用进行研究和比较。方法用血清进行抗HBsAg、HBeAg的试验研究。结果当皱瘤海鞘和冠瘤海鞘醇提取物的浓度大于4mg/ml、大洋纵列海鞘醇提取物的浓度大于2mg/ml时,3种海鞘对HBsAg具有一定程度的抑制作用(P<0.05);当海鞘醇提取物的浓度大于0.5mg/ml时,3种海鞘对HBeAg均有良好的抑制作用(P<0.01)。它们在抑制这两种抗原的作用上均无显著性差异。结论3种海鞘醇提取物对乙肝患者血清中的HBsAg和HBeAg均具有一定程度的抑制作用,其抑制程度的大小与浓度有关。
Purpose To study and to compare the anti-HBV effect of alcohol extract from Styela plicata Lesueur, Styela canopus Savigny and Symplegma oceania Tokioka in vitro. Methods An assay system based on the sera of HBV infection and HBV clearance was used to assess their inhibitory effects on HbsAg and HBeAg. Results Alcohol extract had a definite inhibition effect on HBsAg when the concentration was over 4 mg/ml ( Styela plicata Lesueur and Styela canopus Savigny ) and 2 mg/ml( Symplegma oceania Tokioka ). It had a favorable inhibition effect on HBeAg when the concentration was over 0.5 mg/ml. There were no significant differences in inhibiting the two kinds of antigen. Conclusion Alcohol extract from the three species of ascidians all had the definite inhibition effects on HBsAg and HBeAg from serum of Hepatitis B patients. The inhibition effects had a relationship to the concentration.
