全民性多元化体育服务体系的指标体系研究

A Research on the Index System of the Multidimensional Service System for Mass Sports

在人们日益增长的体育需求原动力和政府政策法规外力的推动下,全国各地掀起了构建群众性多元化体育服务体系的热潮,试图通过建立起完善的群众性多元化体育服务体系,来增强人们的体质,满足人们的体育需求,提高人们的生活质量。然而由于群众性多元化体育服务体系科学的测量指标和评估标准的缺乏,人们很难对群众性多元化体育服务体系发展的基本情况做出客观准确的评估,本文拟就此问题通过探索主要从理论上建立一个评价指标体系,为群众性多元化体育服务体系的建立和发展提供一个客观的测评标准,以指导人们的实践,并为政府部门的工作管理和引导提供一定的参考意见。

Impelled by the motive and increasing demand of the people for sports and the force of the government＇s policies and statutes,the construction of the multidimensional service system for mass sports is coming up all over the country in order to strengthen people＇s constitution, satisfy people＇s needs for sports and improve their standard of living, However, as there is an absence of measurement indexes and the evaluation criterion in the science of multidimensional service system for mass sports ,it is hard to have an objective and accurate evaluation for the current status of the development of multidimensional service system of mass sports, This research tends to construct an evaluating index system by discussing this issue theoretically and provide an objective evaluating criterion for the construction and the development of the multidimensional service system for mass sports in order to guide people＇s practice and provide some references for the government＇s management work,
