摘要
以往的矿业权投资决策中只考虑了矿体本身的特征,但在矿业权投资决策过程中市场情况、矿区地理与经济情况和企业本身的情况也是不可忽略的因素,而且此三因素不可用数字定量描述,本文用模糊综合评判方法,先对每一类因素作出评判,然后将各类因素综合起来进行评判,以决定矿床是否可采或可探。
In the previous mining investment the investors only think about the characters of the orebodys. But in the practical mining investment decision, the circumstance of the market, the situation of the geography and economy, and the conditions of the companies are the unneglectable factors. Furthermaore, the three factors cannot be described with quantitative numbers. Using the method of fuzzy synthetic evaluation to decide whether the mining area can be mined or explored, this article evaluates every kind of ractors firstly, and then evaluates all the kinds synthetically.
