摘要
目的:建立脑血栓片的质量标准;方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对该片中丹参、川芎和赤芍等有效成份进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量;结果:TLC色谱中均能明显地检出丹参、川芎和赤芍;芍药苷含量测定线性范围 0.4~2.4 μg,r=0.999 9,平均回收率99.97%,RSD=1.32%(n=5);结论:该检测方法准确可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard for Naoxueshuan tablets. Method: Radix salvia miltiorrhiza, Rhizoma chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Rubra were identified by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Result: Radix salvia mihiorrhiza, Rhizoma chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Rubra could be detected by TLC. The paeoniflorin showed a good linear correlation in the range of 0.4-2.4 μg( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 99.97% (RSD = 1.32% ). Conclusion: The method is convenient and accurate. It is suitable for quality control of Naoxueshuan tablets.
