摘要
从赤峰地区山杏仁中分离得到苦杏仁甙，提取方法简便，成本低，产品纯度高，采用不同方法对山杏仁进行脱苦去毒处理，筛选出最佳去毒方法。从山杏仁中提取得到山杏仁油，并对其部分理化值进行了测定。
In this study,amygdalin was extracted from seeds of Armeniaca sibirica(L.) Lam.A simple and cost-saving extracting process was proposed.This studyadopted differei、tmethods to detoxicate seeds of Armeniaca sibirica(L.)Lam,Inaddition,some physical and chemical properties of the benzaldehyde were studied.
