摘要 超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)是指分子量在100万~500万以上的线型结构聚乙烯,与普通聚乙烯(PE,分子量一般在5万~30万)具有相同的分子结构。但UHMW-PE由于其巨大的分子量,使之具有一些普通PE、其它工程塑料和一些金属材料所不及的优异的综合性能,如极高的耐磨性、自润滑性,优良的耐冲击性、耐疲劳性、耐腐蚀抗应力开裂性和抗高温蠕变性。为此,阐述了超高分子量聚乙烯的优良物理性能、机械性能及其应用。其耐磨性和抗冲击性能好,能代替金属材料在机械领域中得到广泛的应用。 Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) is the line type structure polyethylene that the molecular weight is above l million-5 million, and has the same molecular structure as general polyethylene (PE, molecular weight is 50 thousand - 300 thousand.). But owning to the tremendous molecular weight of UHMW-PE, make it possess some excellent combination property that the ordinary PE, other engineering materials, or some metal materials are inferior to, such as ultra-high abradability, and self-lubricity, excellent impactability, fatigue durability, ability of resistant corrosion anti-stress and cracking, and ability of resistant high-temperature and creep-age. For this reason, this paper states the excellent physical and mechanical properties and its application. It has excellent abradability and resistant shock, and has been widely applied to take the place of metal materials in the field of machinery.
