摘要
在舍内日平均温度30.7±1.33℃和相对湿度75.6±2.50%的条件下,以放射免疫分析法测定黑白花乳牛在高温期应用热应激缓解剂后,外周血液中皮质醇(Cortisol)、T4、T3分泌的水平和T4/T3比值的变化。结果表明:应用本制剂后可明显提高Cortisol分泌的水平,试验组比对照组提高75.3%,差异极显著(P<0.01);T4、T3分泌的水平和T1/T3的比值,试验组比对照组分别提高13.5%、7.7%和5.5%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。产乳量试验组比对照组提高11.0%,差异极显著(P<0.01),提示内分泌水平的变化与产乳量的提高相一致。
The endocrine levels of Co, T4, T3 in peripheral blood and the changes of T4/T3 ratio were tested by radio immunoassay after applications of heat-stress alleviators to dairy cattle. With the mean daily house temperature of 30. 7±1. 33℃ and the relative humidity of 75. 6±2. 50% in summer hot season. The results show that the Co levels in the test groups increased remarkably by 75. 3% with a significant difference (P<0. 01), and the levels of T4, T3 and T4/T3 ratios in the test groups increased by 13. 5% , 7.7% and 5. 5% respectively, with a significant difference (P>. 0. 05) compared to the control group. The milk yield increased by 11. 0% with a significant difference (P<0. 01). The above results show that the changes of the endocrine levels should be identical with the increase in the milk yield.
