本文报道了老年髋部骨折手术治疗246例的结果.就骨折围手术期处理中的几个问题进行了探讨.认为髋部骨折是一种多发于老人的骨折,其发生率随着年龄的增长而上升,故应采取积极、谨慎的方法予以处置.在处置中,应正确估价老年人对手术的风险性,并就此提出根据其伤前生活自理能力、年龄、井存病的多少和严重程度综合评估的方法与标准.同时,严格掌握手术时机,选择适当的麻醉方法和严密的术中管理是保证手术成功的关键.此外,也不应忽视术后的护理和并发症的防治.

This article avails us the outcome of 246 operations of the aged hip fracture and explores some problems in the treatment of the aged hip fracture during peri-operation. It is believed that hip fracture is a common disease of old people and its incidence increases with the growing of the age. Thus the health and life quality of the aged are highly endangered. Exploring an effective and careful way of treating this disease is inevitable. In treatment, we should considerate with accuracy the enduring - ability of the aged people to the operation and put out a comprehensive evaluation way and standard on the basis of their self-care ability before injury,age, the number and seriousness of other existing diseases. Meanwhile,fixing the proper time of operation ,fitable anaesthesia way and street management in operation are critical in ensuring the success of the operation. Besides, post - operation care and prevention of complications are not to be neglected.
