小涎腺分泌液的收集与检测

摘要 小涎腺分泌液是口腔唾液的组成部分,许多研究表明,小涎腺是口腔中分泌性IgA的主要来源,其分泌量及成份的改变与许多口腔疾病密切相关,但因分泌量少,收集分离及检测相对困难,影响对其功能的研究。小涎腺分泌液的收集及检测是研究小涎腺功能的基础。
