摘要
利用土培方式,研究了铝对9703、浙春2号和浙春3号大豆叶片的质膜透性、MDA(丙二醛)含量及POD(过氧化物酶)和CAT(过氧化氢酶)活性的影响.结果表明,在铝胁迫下,大豆叶片的质膜透性增大,MDA含量增加,CAT、POD的活性在813.5 mg/kg铝处理时上升,而在较高浓度铝处理时下降.
The effect of aluminum on the permeability of plasma membrane, content of MDA(malondialdehyde) and activities of CAT(catalase) and POD(peroxidase) of three varieties (9703, Zhechun No. 2 and Zbecbun No. 3) of soybean was investigated by the method of soil culturing. Comparison with control, permeability of plasma membrane and content of MDA of soybean leaves was increased under different treatment concentration of aluminum, but activities of CAT and POD was increased when the contention of aluminum treatment was moderate, and decreased when contention of alumi num treatment was high. From the differences three varieties to aluminum were different. The among genotypes of soybean, the tolerance of these ability of tolerance to aluminum was followed from top to bottom: Zhechun No. 2,9703, Zhechun No. 3.
