秸秆成型燃料锅炉的热损失试验及分析 被引量:9

摘要 根据GB/T15137-1994工业锅炉节能监测方法,在不同风门开度(最小风门、较小风门、较大风门、最大风门)4种工况下,分别对作者设计的双层炉排秸秆成型燃料锅炉的热性能进行试验.结果表明,在较好工况下,双层炉排秸秆成型燃料锅炉的燃烧效率可达97.81%~98.20%,热效率可达64.78%~74.39%;与单层炉排相比,燃烧效率提高4.49%~5.15%,热效率提高10.72%~11.60%.同时该锅炉具有消烟除尘作用. According to GB/T15137--1994 industry boiler energy-conservation monitoring methods, tests of the thermal loss of double fire graters straw briquette boiler designed by the author have been carried out respectively on different furnace conditions (the smallest, the smaller, the larger and the largest air door). The corresponding result shows that the combustion efficiency of the boiler is 97.81% ~ 98.20 %, thermal efficiency is 64.78 % ~ 74.39 % under better working conditions, and compared with the single fire grater, combustion efficiency of the boiler have been improved by 4.49% ~ 5.51% ,thermal efficiency have been improved by 10.72% ~ 11.60%. The boiler also have the function of removing smoke and dust.
