摘要 在分析基于图像数据的数控加工技术特点基础上,综合运用信息技术、计算机视觉技术和图像处理技术,开发了基于图像数据的数控自动编程系统。该系统采用链码跟踪方法记录图像的边缘轮廓,通过数学形态学方法进行缺陷修补,基于由阴影恢复形状(SFS)方法获取图像的三维形状信息,同时,结合数控加工的特点,采用适应性包容盒方法实现图形的矢量化处理。给出了系统开发关键技术的实现方法。实例表明,该系统为实现基于图像数据的数控加工提供了条件。 Based on the analysis of features of image based NC machining technology, combined Information, Computer Vision and Image processing technology,an Automatic NC programming system was developed. The contour of image was obtained through chain-code tracking and the mathematical morphology method was adopted to remedy the contour defects. The three-dimensional geometric model of object was obtained through shape from shading method. Aimed at features of NC machining,a method of adaptive including boxes was adopted to establish the vectorized model of object. Several realization methods of key technologies of the system were given. The application example shows that the system supplies a helpful condition for automatic NC machining.
