摘要
针对反应槽容量大、滞后量大、变化因素多及温度控制要求比较高的特点,基于预测的模糊温度控制系统。即将基于预测的模糊控制和PID控制相结合,增强了系统的跟踪能力;采取一定的抗干扰措施,有效地克服了现场变频器等产生的干扰。实际运行结果表明该系统温度控制精度高(≤0.5℃)、运行稳定,取得了令人满意的控制效果。
In accordance with the features of reactors, i.e., huge capacity, large lag time, multiple varying factors and rigid requirement of temperature control, a fuzzy predicted PID coordinated algorithm is designed. The design combined predicted fuzzy control and PID control and enhanced tracking capability of the system. Certain anti - interference measures are taken to overcome the interference generated by frequency inverter. The results of practical operation shows that the system featares high accuracy ( ≤0.5℃ ), stable, and excellent control effects.
