摘要
讨论了混凝土小砌块建筑(承重和非承重两种)应用中遇到的易产生裂缝、保温隔热性能差、易渗漏等问题。分析了裂缝的种类、成因及裂缝的控制与防治措施;分析了小砌块建筑的保温隔热性能及其在夏热冬冷地区为满足节能要求所需要采取的措施;分析了小砌块建筑渗漏的原因并给出防范措施。提出小砌块建筑应用中有待进一步解决的其他问题。
The article discusses several problems in Concrete Small Hollow Block (CSHB) buildings (load-bearing and non-load-bearing) practiced, and introduces the kinds,causations of the cracks in CSHB and the methods to solve them, and analyzes energy saving capabilities of CSHB and measures to satisfy all energy saving requirements in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone and analyzes the leakage reasons in CSHB, also gives countermeasures. At last the paper gives other problems that should be solved.
