摘要
研究中药大黄中游离蒽醌及其衍生物对脂质体系的抗氧化作用。结果表明,游离蒽醌及其衍生物对猪油和豆油体系的脂质过氧化均有抑制作用;当游离蒽醌及其衍生物浓度为80μg/mL时,对脂肪氧合酶具有较强的抑制作用,且达到显著性水平(p<0.05或p<0.01)。
It was researched that the anti-oxidation of free anthraquinone and its derivate from Chinese rheum palmatum L. on lipid system. The results showed both of free anthraquinone and its derivates there were inhibition function on the lipoxygenase of lard and soybean oil system, and there were notable inhibition function on the lipoxygenase when the concentration of free anthraquinone and its derivates were 80μg/mL(p〈0.05 or p〈0.01 ).
