分段外剥内扎治疗环形混合痔配合四指扩肛术松解括约肌,治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期环形混合痔,近期治愈率100%。术后未发生残留皮肤水肿、肛门狭窄、排便困难及黏膜外翻。术中注意黏膜桥的保留,总结几点不处于同一水平面。皮桥的作用不如黏膜桥,故可将皮肤多切除一些。

The segmented external dissention and internal ligation for ring mixed hemorrhoids combined four fingers anal dilatation were performed to treat 74 cases with ring mixed hemorrhoids at Ⅲ or Ⅳ stages. The short term curative rate was 100%, and no postoperative residual skin edema, anal stricture and mucous eversion occurred. During the operation, the mucous bridge should be retained and the ligation points should not been at the same level. The funetiohn of the cutaneous bridge is not so great as that of the mucous bridge, thus the skin may be cut more.
