摘要
运用文献资料法、比较法与专家访谈等研究方法,以我国职业体育俱乐部的人力资源绩效评估的现状为研究对象,对我国职业体育俱乐部的人力资源绩效评估存在的问题进行分析,指出当前我国职业体育俱乐部绩效评估所存在的问题:俱乐部绩效评估指标单一、内容缺失;评估结果利用价值小;评估体系制定缺乏参与、沟通;评估的动力机制单一;易形成重结果、不重过程的管理方式。结合国外体育发达国家俱乐部人力资源管理的最新研究成果——绩效管理。在此基础上提出有针对性的对策:在我国职业体育俱乐部人力资源管理中建立系统的绩效管理体系。以此为中心环节,以足球俱乐部的教练员为例,力图把绩效管理对职业体育俱乐部的人力资源管理工作所起的重要作用展现出来。
Used with document, comparative and expert interview methods, the author analyzed the existing problems of human resources performance in the professional sport club in China, and pointed out that the questions existed in present included the index of performance evaluation is simple, and the content is lacked; The evaluation results is useless; The evaluation system is made and participated in, communicated scarcely; The motive mechanism assessed is single; It formed the management style of heavy result, not heavy course. Combined the latest research results of foreign manpower resources management of sports clubs in developed country, we should set up systematic performance management system in the manpower resources management in professional sport clubs in China. The article regarded the performance management as the key factor, took the coach of football club as an example, thought performance management has an important role in human resources management in professional sport clubs.
