肾素-血管紧张素系统在维持心脏功能和导致心脏疾病的发生中起着重要的作用。血管紧张素转换酶的同源-血管紧张素转换酶2-能够抑制肾素-血管紧张素系统,具有心脏保护作用。本文综述了血管紧张素转换酶2在心血管生理中的作用。
The renin-angiotensin system （RAS） is critically involred in Cardiorascular system and in disease process. A recently discovered homologue of angiotensin-converting enzyme （ACE）-ACE2-appears to negatively regular the RAS and protect heart function. This article will review the the Role of ACE2 in Cardiovascular Physiology.
