椎板回植成形法手术治疗椎管内原发肿瘤

Treatment for the primary spinal canal tumor with the recapping laminoplasty

目的:介绍一种椎板回植成形术式,评价其在治疗椎管内原发肿瘤手术中的效果。方法:20例胸腰椎管内原发肿瘤患者行肿瘤摘除椎板回植成形术,随访观察治疗效果。结果:平均随访27.8个月,20例患者切口均一期愈合,腰背痛及下肢疼痛、麻木等症状均消失,效果满意,无继发性椎管狭窄发生。结论:椎板回植成形术治疗椎管内肿瘤有利于保持脊柱的稳定性和恢复椎管完整性,避免医源性椎管狭窄症的发生,且操作简单,适合临床应用。

Objective：To introduce a method to treat primary spinal canal tumor and evaluate its clinical effect.Method：Twenty cases with spinal canal tumor were treated by recapping laminoplasty with mini titanium plate.Result：The mean following-up time was 27.8 months.All cases were primary healing,the preoperative symptoms were improved satisfactorily during the following-up.The recapped lamina achieved bone fusion without stenosis,Conclusion：The recapping laminoplasty with mini titanium plate can restore the posterior construction and maintain the stability of the spine without stenosis.
