摘要
德国高等职业技术教育机构主要有高等专科学校和职业学院。德国高等职业技术人才培养有着高素质的师资队伍的保证。为更全面地了解德国高等职业技术教育师资队伍建设,本文先对高等专科学校和职业学院的建立与发展作了简要介绍,在此基础上着重从任职资格、工作任务、专业发展等方面详细地分析了二者的师资队伍建设主要做法与经验。
There are two types of institutions for vocational higher education in Germany： technological academy and vocational institute. High - level teaching force is the guarantee for the quality of vocational and technical higher education in Germany. In order to fully understand the construction of teaching force for vocational and technical education in Germany, the article starts with a brief introduction to the establishment and development of technological academy and vocational institute. Then it analyzes the main practices and experiences in construction of teaching force in detail from the aspects of qualifications, responsibilities and pro- fessional development.
