摘要
枝晶间距是重要的铸态组织参数。本文的研究表明,微量稀土的加入能显著细化工业纯铝的枝晶,明显细化Al-Mg和Al-Li系合金的枝晶稀土对铝合金枝晶的细化效果与铝合金中原有合金元素的种类和数量直接相关。本文提出的溶质传输量特征参数P0可正确反映稀土对铝合金枝晶的细化能力与原有合金元素的种类和含量的半定量关系。
Dendrite arm spacings is one of the important as-cast structural parameters. It is indicated in the present paper that minor addition of Rare Earth Metals obviously refines the dendritic structure of commercial pure aluminium and Al-Mg alloys. The refining effect (or refining ability) of Rare Earth Metals on dendrite arm spacings is directly related to the variety and quantity of the alloying elements in the base element. The solute transportation characteristic parameter P_0 proposed in this paper my correctly reflect the relation between the refining ability of Rare Earth Metals and the content of other alloying elements in the base alloy.
