摘要
文章从医患信任的视角出发,分析探讨了医患红包产生存在的根源性起因以及治理红包现象的制度建设问题。认为医患红包产生的深层原因在于医患之间相互信任的建立,医患之间交往互动的核心是建立医患双方的相互信任,由于医患交往关系的特殊性,从而使医患之间的相互信任成为一种以医患之间各种社会关系为基础的关系信任,红包则充当了关系建构的媒介和医患关系信任产生形成的催化剂。只有进行嵌入性的制度建构,而不仅仅是利益奖惩的制度化,才能够促进医患相互信任的健康成长,消除医患之间的红包现象。
From the angle of trust between the doctor and patient, this paper discusses the key cause for giving “Hong Bao” to the doctor when the patient sees the doctor, and the institutional system to clear out “Hong Bao”. It points out that the deep-seated reason for the emergence of “Hong Bao” lies in the distrust between the doctor and patient. The core of association between the doctor and the patient is mutual trust. Due to the particular relationship between the doctor and the patient, the mutual trust becomes the one that is based on various social relations between the doctor and the patient, while “Hong Bao” serves as the medium and catalytic promoter of relation-building and mutual trust. Only when the embedded institution has been constructed, can the phenomenon of “Hong Bao” be eradicated.
