摘要
运用文献资料法,问卷调查法,数理统计法对西安高新技术产业开发区内的541家高新技术企业的623名员工参与体育活动情况进行抽样调查,探讨此群体群众体育发展的内在规律,寻找在群众体育方面存在的问题,进而制定促进高新技术企业员工群众体育发展的对策。
With the combination of the documentary analysis, statistic analysis, this paper conducted an investigation by random in a sample of 623 staffs from 541 Hi-tech enterprises with an attention to the current situation of the sports participation, and explores the internal principles of the development of mass sports and probes into the existing problems in the implementation of mass sports, in order to set up the strategy of enhancing the development of mass sports in the hi-tech enterprises.
