摘要 框架内塔式容器的侧面不同高度处有若干个侧向支撑,且塔段常由多对设备法兰连接,其工程设计计算比较复杂.该文作者是把框架内塔式容器简化为有集中质量的非等直弹性支座连续梁模型,以适应带设备法兰的、不等直径或不等壁厚的、有侧面支撑的框架内塔式容器的实际模型。按此模型进行振动反应计算和内力计算,以完成框架内塔式容器任意高度截面处的轴向稳定校核,并提供框架侧支撑处的水平推力和设备法兰的计算外载荷,以满足工程设计的需要。 There were some lateral supports at flank different height of tower vessel located inframe.Several pairs of equipment flange jointedthe tower sections.The engineering design calculation was fairly complicated.The author ofthat article made the tower vessel located inframe simplify as a continuous beam model with non-elastic support of concentrated mass to suitthe actual model of tower vessel located inframe.This tower vessel provided with equipment flange,different diameter or differentthickness and lateral support.By calculating the vibration response and internal force with this model,the axial stability check at any height cross-section of tower vessel located in frame was completed.The horizontal thrust at lateral support of frame and the calculated external load of equipment flange were given.The requirment of engineering design was satisfied.
