摘要
目的探讨藏药瓦夏嘎对高脂血症大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法Wistar大鼠60只,随机分成正常对照组(N组,不做任何处理)、造模组(B组,建立高脂血症模型后喂服生理盐水)、药物治疗组(W组,建立高脂血症模型后喂服藏药瓦夏嘎提取液),动物造模45d,药液灌服45d。下腔静脉采血检测红细胞压积(Hct)、全血粘度、血小板聚集率(PagT)。结果B组大鼠全血粘度在低切和高切时均明显增高,与N组比较差异明显(P<0.05);而W组大鼠全血粘度低切和高切值均明显低于B组,W组和B组比较组间差异明显(P<0.05),但与N组比较无显著性差异。B组Hct明显升高,与N组比较差异明显(P<0.05),而W组较B组明显降低(P<0.05),其值接近N组;B组PagT明显延长,与N组比较差异明显(P<0.05),而W组与B组比较明显下降(P<0.05),仍然高于N组(P<0.05)。结论藏药瓦夏嘎具有改善高血脂引起的血液流变学异常的作用。
Objective To study the hemorheological changes in rats with hyperlipidmia and the effect of treating with Adhatoda Vacica Nees. Methods Wistar rats 60 cases were randomly divided into three groups: normal group (N) with no any treatment, model group (B) was maked hyperlipidmia model and then applied SCS only, treating group (W) was maked hyperlipidmia model and then treated with Adhatoda Vacica Nees liquid. It would take one and half months to make model and same time to treat with herb. Then Samples of blood was taken out to assay the change of hemorheological property from all groups. The content included the blood viscosity(BV), Hct and PagT. Results Comparing with N group, the BV were significantly increased at both high and low cut level in B group (P〈0.05), but the BV in W group was lower than in B group at two levels (P〈0.05), and the value of BV in W group was closed to N group. Comparing with N group, the Hct were significantly increased in B group (P〈0.05), but the Hct in W group was similar to N group, and it is significant different between B group and W group. The PagT in B group were significantly extended (P〈0.05), but the PagT in W group was less extended than B group (P〈0.05) and still higher than N group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Adhatoda Vacica Nees can effectively improve the change of hemorhelogy of hyperlipidmia.
