五指毛桃质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standard of Radix Fici Simplicissimatis

目的研究五指毛桃的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对五指毛桃中的补骨脂素进行定性鉴别,并用反相高效液相色谱法测定补骨脂素含量。结果补骨脂素在(0.0772～0.386)μg·mL-1之间与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.99997),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=2.15%。方法精密度(RSD)为2.50%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、准确、可靠,能有效地控制五指毛桃的质量。

Objective： To study the quality standsard of Radix Fici simplicissimatis. Methods： Psoralen in Radix Fici simplicissimatis was identified by TLC. A RP-HPLC method was established to determine the content of psoralen in Radix Fici simplicissimatis. Results： The concentration of psoralen is linearly related to its peak area in the range of 7.44～38.60μg·mL^-1（r=0.99997）, and the average recovery was 99.2% with RSD=2.15%. Precision of the method was 2.50% （RSD, n = 6）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, accurate and reliable for quality control of this crude drug.
