摘要
系统地研究了栀子甙的提取纯化工艺。结果表明:大孔吸附树脂HPD100能有效地吸附栀子黄废液中的栀子甙,用体积分数为20%的乙醇可将栀子甙洗脱下来,732阳离子交换树脂和D315阴离子交换树脂的连用,可除去废液中绝大部分的杂质和色素;活性炭脱色的最佳条件为:活性炭用量4%,温度50℃,时间50 min。冷冻干燥后得到的栀子甙样品,纯度可达99.4%。
The extraction and purification technology of geniposide was studied in this paper. Results showed: HPD100 macro porous absorption resin could adsorb geniposide from gardenia yellow waste liquor effectively,20% ethanol could elute geniposide from the resin. Cationic resin 732 and anion exchange resin D315 could remove most of the impurity and pigment. The optimal conditions of activated carbon decolorizing were 4% of activated carbon, temperature 50℃ and time 50 minutes. The sample of geniposide by freeze-drying was detected, and purity reached 99.4%.
