摘要
研制了一种可在潮湿环境中使用、火灾发生时无有害气体产生的环保型隧道防火涂料。涂料的粘结强度为0.4M Pa,耐水性大于20 d,烟气毒性达到AQ-1级,按ISO 834曲线升温,涂层厚度13 mm时,耐火极限就达到3.5 h,按碳氢曲线升温,涂层厚度20 mm时,耐火极限达到3.0 h,为防止涂料加水拌和后沉淀分层,增加涂料的和易性,研制了一种分散剂。产品已工业化生产并应用于一些标志性隧道工程。
The fire research theories of tunnels, tunnel fire design codes in the home and abroad and fire behaviors of enforcement concrete structure are introduced. An environmental friendly fire proofing coating is developed which can be used in damp surroundings , and does not give off any noxious gases in fire . The bonding strength of the coating is 0.4 MPa (tested by the GB14907-2002), the water-repellent is greater than 20 days(tested by the GA98-1995) and the toxicity of its fire effluents reaches AQ- 1(tested by the GA132- 1996). The duration of fire resistance reaches 3. 5 h when the thickness of the coating is 13 ram(tested by the fire curve of ISO834), duration of fire resistance reaches 3.0 h when the thickness of the coating is 13 mm (tested by the fire curve of H-C). In order to avoid the isolation of the coating, and increase the easiness of application, a dispersant is developed. The produces have been manufactured in the factory and applied some big engineering.
