摘要
为建立高效液相色谱-紫外-电喷雾质谱(HPLC-UV-ESI/MS)联用测定保健食品中荷叶碱的方法,以乙腈和0.1%三乙胺水溶液作流动相,在反相C18柱上梯度淋洗,以质谱定性,紫外定量进行检测.结果在0.2~20 μg/ml范围内峰面积和浓度呈良好的线性关系,样品平均回收率为97.3%.该方法抗干扰能力强,可以快速、准确地测定保健食品中的荷叶碱.
A method for determining nuciferine in functional foods by on line HPLC - UV - ESI/MS was established. The separation was operated on an analytical Spherigel C18 column (5μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm) with acetonitrile: water (containing 0.1% triethylamine) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Good linearity between peak areas and concentrations was obtained within the range of 0.2 μg/ml - 20μg/ml. The method is simple and can determine nuciferine in functional foods accurately.
