基于追溯法建立企业的隐性知识库

隐性知识是企业的宝贵资产,挖掘、保留和共享隐性知识是知识管理的重点和难点。本文在讨论隐性知识特性的基础上,通过建库的形式将企业的案例、技巧和思想火花等收录起来,从而达到挖掘和保留隐性知识的目的,为知识创新创造条件。

Tacit knowledge is valued captieal of enterprise. It is important to dig, save and share tacit knowledge in enterprise management. Base on the analysis of the tacit knowledge, this paper presents a method to build knowledge base by backtracking method to gather, save, share and dig tacit knowledge, then innovate the knowledge.
