子宫内膜异位症患者氧自由基及相关因素分析 被引量:6

Correlation of metabolism of oxygen free radical in peritonealfluid of patients with endometriosis

摘要 目的观察子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者腹腔液中,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、雌二醇(E2)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-(IsICAM-I)、胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)和胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)的变化。方法研究组中选择EM患者29例分3组,EM组29例(,Ⅰ ̄Ⅱ期)10例为早期病例组,(Ⅲ ̄Ⅳ)19例为晚期病例组。同期正常对照者10例(对照组)。MDA用化学方法、SOD用酶学方法、sICAM-I、IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ和E2用ELISA方法检测其含量。结果研究组与对照组腹腔液中SOD、MDA和E2水平之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05、P<0.05、P<0.05);早期病例与晚期病例腹腔液中SOD、MDA和E2水平之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05、P>0.05、P>0.05)。研究组中的EM组和早期病例组与对照组腹腔液sICAM水平比较差异存在显著性(P<0.05、P<0.05);研究组中的EM组和晚期病例组与对照组腹腔液IGF-Ⅰ水平比较差异存在极显著性(P<0.01、P<0.01);研究组与对照组腹腔液IGF-Ⅱ水平比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05、P>0.05、P>0.05)。结论提示内异症的发病与氧自由基代谢失衡有关,同时E2、sICAM-1、IGF-I、参与了子宫内膜异位症的发病过程。 [Objective] To evaluate the level of oxygen free radical,soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1), Insulin-like growth factors -I (IGF-I), Insulin-like growth factors -Ⅱ (IGF-Ⅱ ) etc in peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis and its relation in pathogenesis of infertile. [Methods] 29 patients were enrolled into three group: EM 29 cases, early stages 10 cases, severe stages 19 cases and control group 10 cases. The level of IGF-Ⅰ, IGF- Ⅱ and E2 in the peritoneal fluid were detected by ELISA and SOD, MDA by biochemical method. [Resuits] The level of SOD, MDA and E2 in the peritoneal fluid of EM was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈0.05, P 〈0.05, P 〈0.05); The level of SOD, MDA and E: in the peritoneal fluid had no difference between early stages and severe stages (P 〉0.05, P 〉0.05, P 〉0.05). In EM groups and early stages, The level of sICAM-1 in the peritoneal fluid of EM was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈0.05, P 〈0.05); In EM groups and severe stages, The level of IGF-Ⅰ in the peritoneal fluid of EM was significandy higher than that of control group (P 〈0.01, P 〈0.01); while the level of IGF- Ⅱ had no difference between EM and control group (P 〉 0.05, P 〉0.05, P 〉0.05). [Conclusion] The endometriosis is relate to metabolistic unbalance of oxygen free radical and the results suggest that sICAM-1, IGF, E: may play some roles on the pathogenesis of endometriotic.
