摘要
采用沉降法对纳米SiO2进行表面处理,用熔融共混法制备了m-LLDPE/纳米SiO2复合材料。研究了该复合材料的力学性能和光学性能。结果表明:随着纳米SiO2的加入,其复合材料的缺口冲击强度和拉伸强度呈峰形变化,断裂伸长率略有下降。当加入少量的纳米SiO2后,复合材料的红外线吸收能力较m-LLDPE明显提高;此外,m-LLDPE/纳米SiO2复合材料的可见光透过率有所降低,雾度却有明显的先上升后下降趋势。通过SEM得出,表面处理对纳米SiO2在基体中的分散性有显著的改善。
It treated nano-SiO2 by means of the sink method, and prepared the m-LLDPE/nano-SiO2 composite by means of the melt blending method. It studied the mechanical properities and optical properties of the composite. The results showed that with the increase of the nano-SiO2, the impact strength and tensile strength of the composite reach to a peak value, and then decrease, and the breaking elongation decreases slightly;the IR absorption of the composite film improves obviously with a small amount of nano-SiO2, and besides, the visible light transmittance of the composite declines a little compared with the pure LLDPE, but the haze first increases and then decreases. According to the results of SEM, the dispersibility of the surface-treated nano-SiO2 particles in LLDPE is remarkably improved.
