Overview of mechanical analysis in three-dimensional braided composites

摘要 由于三维编织复合材料中纤维束在空间分布的复杂性,与层合复合材料力学性能分析有着本质的差别。为此本文概述了三维编织复合材料的力学特点及其一般研究步骤,详细介绍了目前几种常见的力学分析模型,分析了其存在的优缺点,依此指导力学工作者合理地选择计算模型,使之能对三维编织复合材料进行较为精确的力学性能预报,并为今后的研究提供指导。 Because of complicated reinforced-fiber space distributing, analysis of mechanical performance is very different from laminates in three-dimensional braided composites. This paper summarizes the mechanical characteristic and general studying steps of three-dimensional braided composites, several familiar models of numerical simulation are presented detailedly, the model's merit and demerit are analyzed, which can conduct dynamicists to choose reasonable numerical model. The mechanical performance can be predicted accurately, and the next research can be guided using above analysis.
