摘要 提出决策树与专家系统相结合的负荷预测系统。利用决策树建立预测模型,对待测日负荷进行初步预测,再结合专家系统中的修正模型对初步结果进行修正,得到最终预测结果。建立决策树时,根据最大信息增益原则选择测试属性,降低决策树的复杂度,减少计算时间。提出开放的专家系统,专家模型应处于不断完善之中。并应用天津2003年的负荷数据和气象资料进行了建模和预测计算,统计分析结果表明该方法可提高预测的精度,具有实用性和有效性。 To describe the effect of weather on load and to improve the precision of load forecast, a new load forecast system based on decision tree and expert system is proposed. The test attributes are selected based on the maximum information gain. Load data and weather materials are used in modeling. Statistical analysis indicates that the method is effective.
