摘要
目的应用高分辨率彩超检测血管内皮功能,探讨血管内皮功能与体质指数、腰臀比的关系。方法应用彩超检测血管内皮功能。测量并计算体质指数、腰臀比。结果血管内皮功能障碍组体质指数、腰臀比高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论体质指数、腰臀比与血管内皮功能有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship among the vascular endothelial function measured by Doppler ultrosound,body mass index（BMI） and waist hip ratio （WHR）. Method The vascular endothelial function was measurde by Doppler ultrosound. BMI and WHR were measured and calculated. Results In the cases with vascular endothelial dysfunction （VEDF） , BMI and WHR were significandy higher than those in normal ones. Conclusion BMI and WHR are closely related to vascular endothelial function.
