摘要
目的使骨折病人系统了解疾病相关知识,积极配合医务人员,获得最大程度的功能恢复。方法采用半随机对照试验对150例骨折病人按入院先后顺序分为实验组(75例)和对照组(75例),对照组按常规进行健康教育,实验组进行阶段性健康教育。结果病人相关知识掌握程度及对护理工作满意度两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阶段性健康教育能提高病人对疾病的认识水平,指导病人进行功能锻炼,提高工作满意度,降低护患纠纷。
Objective To help the fracture patients to understand the related knowledge and cooperate with the medical staff, in order to achieve the best recovery. Methods 150 fracture patients were divided into two groups according to the sequence of hospitalization. The patients in the control group (n = 75 ) received routine health education, while the patients in the experiment group (n = 75 ) received health education stage by stage. Result There was significant difference in the patients' mastery of related knowledge and their satisfaction between the two groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Health education stage by stage could enhance the patients' information about their disease,direct the patients' rehabilitative excise,increase patients' satisfaction and reduce nurse - patient disputes.
