Effect of Compound Preparation of Chinese Herbs on Intestinal Tract Normal Flora Grown out of Body

目的:探讨中药制剂对正常菌群体外生长的影响。方法:将中药制剂和各种正常菌群混合培养,观察中药制剂对正常菌群的生长促进作用。结果:复方中药制剂对双歧杆菌在体外生长有促进作用,对大肠埃希菌和粪肠球菌无生长促进作用。结论:复方中药制剂对肠道主要正常菌群具有生长促进作用。

Objective： To explore the effect of preparation of Chinese herbs on normal flora grown out of body, Method： to make the preparation of Chinese herbs and normal flora mixed cultivation, to observe the growth and promotion effect of preparation of Chinese herbs on normal flora. Result： the preparation has the growth and promotion effect to bacillus bifidus out of body, but hasn＇t to Escherichia fergusonii and Enterococcus faecalis. Conclusion： Compound preparation of Chinese herbs has the growth and promotion effect to the major normal flora in intestinal tract.
