摘要
高频直缝ERW焊管压扁试验开裂是由于焊接微裂纹、硬脆相夹杂物、粗大晶粒、带状组织等引起的。为了更好地控制焊缝质量,提出了焊缝夹杂物裂纹指数的概念。指出通过合理设计化学成分,减少夹杂物和带状组织,对成型、焊接和热处理等工艺参数进行优化控制等措施,能够有效降低焊缝夹杂物裂纹指数,提高高频ERW焊管焊缝抗压扁开裂性能。
Flattening test cracks for high frequency ERW pipe results from weld micro cracks,rigid and brittle mixed inclusions,thick and big crystal and banded structure,etc..It puts forward a conception of weld inclusions crack index so as to better control quality of weld seam.It puts forward measures by through rational designing chemical composition and reducing inclusions and banded structure as well as optimizing control process parameter to forming,welding and heat treatment,etc.to efficiently reduce weld inclusions crack index and improve anti-crack property of weld flattening to high frequency ERW pipe.
