动态增强MR灌注成像在脑胶质瘤诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨动态增强磁共振灌注成像在脑胶质瘤诊断及治疗中的应用价值。材料和方法:用动态增强磁共振灌注成像技术对37例胶质瘤病人干术前进行检查,对灌注后图像进行分析处理,获得反映脑血流状态的三个参数:最大rrCBV、rrCBF、TTP。分析比较血流动力学参数与组织学病理级别间的关系,并将灌注后所获图像与常规增强后图像进行比较。结果:(1)在低级别组和高级别组中,最大相对脑血容量值(rrCBV)分别为2.29±1.14,6.41±2.74;相对脑血流量(rrCBF)分别为2.55±2.06、4.50±1.42:到达峰值时间的差值(TTP)在两组中分别为1.35±2.49、0.75±2.26。胶质瘤不同级别组最大rrCBV和rrCBF的差异具有显著性意义,而TTP与胶质瘤分级间无显著性差异。(2)灌注图像中代表最大脑血容量的感兴趣区与常规增强图像中的强化区域不尽一致。结论:动态增强MR灌注成像对脑胶质瘤的术前分级及辅助定性具有重要的价值,具有非常可观的应用前景。
