中国政府利用外资政策的演变大致经历三个阶段:试探性阶段、鼓励性阶段和调整性阶段。这一外资政策的演变不仅受到国内外宏观经济环境的影响,而且在一定程度上是跨国公司与东道国政府动态重复博弈的结果。中国政府的外资政策变革总趋势是不断完善跨国公司在华投资的法律和政策,形成基于公平竞争的规范性外资政策。

The evolvement of China＇s policies of foreign investment has experienced such as the attempting period ,encourage period ,adjusting period, it is influenced by the macro-environment change of national and international economy,and it is the result of the games of TNCs and the government in China. So we should adjust China＇s policies of foreign investment on time to rule the competition.
