摘要
研究了具有预防维修的单部件一个修理工的可修系统的维修更换策略。假定预防维修能修复如新,而故障维修修复非新。引入单调过程,以系统的故障次数Ⅳ为更换策略,以系统预防维修的时间间隔T为维修策略,选择最优的(N*,T*)使系统经长期运行后单位时间内的期望收益最大。
This paper studies the reliability, preventive repair and replacement policy for a repairable system consisting of one component and one repairman and with no preventive repair time. Assuming that preventive repair lets the system " as good as new" while failure repair does not let system " as good as new", monotone process is introduced, and the replacement policy N based on the number of the system failure and preventive repair policy T based on preventive repair time internal are considered. Thus the optimal policy ( N^* , T^* ) is determined, which maximizes the expected income of the system after long running.
