摘要 介绍了国内外深井超深井钻井的发展历程及主要技术难点,从钻井地质环境因素描述与评价技术、防斜打快技术、提高钻井速度技术、钻井液技术、固井技术、钻井信息技术及钻井装备7个方面详细分析了国内外深井超深井钻井技术现状,并简单探讨了我国深井超深井钻井技术存在的主要问题及与国外先进水平的差距,指出深井超深井钻井技术会朝着集成化、智能化、信息化和自动化方向、有利于提高钻井效率的方向及有利于提高油气采收率的方向发展,并对我国深井超深井钻井技术的发展提出了建议。 The paper presents drilling progresses and main technical challenges for deep and ultra-deep wells, analyzes deep and ultra-deep drilling-technique actualities worldwide from seven aspects including drilling geological descriptions and evaluations,rapid-vertical drilling techniques, ROP improvement, mud, cemenring, drilling information and drilling equipment. Also,The paper discusses the main problems existing in deep and ultra-deep drilling techniques in China and distance from foreign advanced ones. In addition, this paper proposes that deep and ultra-deep drilling techniques will develop in the direction of integration, intelligentization,information, automatization, which is helpful for improving drilling efficieney and enhancing oil and gas recovery. Suggestions for advancing domestic deep and ultra-deep drilling techniques are given.
