摘要
研究稀土矿物(氟碳铈矿)填充改性尼龙6的力学性能和热性能。结果表明,稀土矿物的加入,可使尼龙6的拉伸强度、冲击强度、硬度等力学性能得以提高,并能提高制品的热稳定性。由于稀土矿物价廉,能降低材料成本,因而稀土矿物填充尼龙6具有一定的工业应用价值。
i The mechanical and heat properties of rare earth mineral filled nylon 6 have been studied. The results show that the tensile .impact strength and the hardness of nylon 6 are increased with filling the rare earth mineral. The more the rare earth mineral is,the better the heat stability is. The rare earth mineral is cheap, so the cost of nylon 6 can be decreased. The rare earth mineral filled nylon 6 has a practical industrial value.
