摘要
构建有效的住院医师培训结构是提高培训质量和效率的关键。作者从学习的需求、开展主动学习、构造知识系统、分水平考试、掌握目标5个方面对培训结构做了探讨。
Formulating an effective resident training structure is the key to improving training quality and efficiency. The paper discusses training structure from five aspects, viz. the need for learning, the conduction of active learning, the construction of knowledge systems, the holding of examinations at different levels, and the mastery of objectives.
